November 5: Day 1
08:40pm – Arrive Liberia airport
11:00pm – Arrive Nosara by shuttle

November 6: Day 2
07:00am – Coffee/light breakfast (yogurt, fruit, toast, peanut butter, nuts, cottage cheese)
07:30am – 8:30am: Beach Bootcamp
09:00am – Breakfast (eggs, omelette, milk, cereal, toast, avocado, bacon, yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts)
10:00am – Mala Noche Waterfall Hike (about 2.5 hours)
1:00pm – Lunch
Leisure time (massage, beach, relax, swim, etc)
4:00 – 5:30pm: Beach walk, stretch and sunset
6:30pm – Dinner; always your choice, go explore!

November 7: Day 3
07:00am – Coffee/light breakfast
07:30am – 08:30am – Beach Bootcamp
09:00am – Breakfast (Nutrition Session – How To Eat Healthy When Travelling)
10:30am – Surf Lessons
12:30pm – Lunch
Leisure time (massage, beach, relax, swim, etc)
4:30 – 5:30pm – Yoga and sunset
6:30pm – Dinner

November 8: Day 4
07:00am – Breakfast
08:00am – 12:00pm: Miss Sky Canopy Tour “the longest in the world!”
12:00pm – Lunch
Leisure time (massage, beach, relax, swim, etc)
3:30pm – 5:30pm: Hike, stretch, sunset
6:30pm – Dinner

November 9: Day 5
07:00am – Coffee/light breakfast
07:30am – 08:30am: Beach Bootcamp
09:00am – Breakfast
10:00am – 1:00pm: Boca Kayak Tour through Rio Nosara (about 3 hours)
1:30pm – Lunch
Leisure time (massage, beach, relax, swim, etc)
4:30 – 5:30pm: Beach walk, stretch and Sunset
6:30pm – Dinner

November 10: Day 6
7:00am – Coffee/light breakfast
7:30am-8:30am – Beach Bootcamp
09:00am – Breakfast
10:00am – Boca Horseback Riding Tour (about 2 hours)
12:30pm – Lunch

4:00-5:30pm – Beach walk, yoga and sunset

November 11: Day 7
