Sage Personal Training offers clients a number of services that can be customized to individual needs.

Fitness Rates:

Fitness Assessment – $100
This fitness assessment will give you a better understanding of your current health and fitness. Testing includes body composition, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.

One On One Personal Training
Enjoy a 60 minute Skype personal training session.
1 Session $70
5 Sessions $350
10 Sessions $700
20 Sessions $1400

Buddy Training
Add $30 to the cost of each session and split the cost between the both of you. A great incentive to work hard!

Group Training
Add $30 to each session for each extra training participant.

Outdoor Bootcamp – From May to October
$200/8 sessions
$270/12 sessions
$30 drop-in rate

Program Design – $100
Progression of your fitness program should occur every eight weeks to challenge your body while increasing fitness levels at a steady pace.

By Phone Training – $60 / Hr

Skype Training – $70/Hr.

We offer wellness packages for individuals who want to take advantage of both nutrition and fitness services. Customized packages are also available for design upon client request.

Corporate Wellness
A Workplace Wellness program sends a clear message to employees that they are valued by their organization and upper management. In addition, organizations that implement comprehensive, well-planned programs experience a number of major benefits. Customized packages are available for design upon employer/employee needs.

Introduction to Nutrition Package – $380
Nutrition Consultation plus 2 – 30 minute nutrition follow-ups and a 7 day meal plan.

Fitness Orientation Package – $340
Fitness assessment and a fitness program design, plus 2 personal training sessions.

Starter Package – $520
Nutrition Consultation and a 30-minute nutrition follow-up, plus a fitness program design and 3 personal training sessions.

Ultimate Nutrition Package – $600
Nutrition Consultation and 4 – 30 minute nutrition follow-ups , plus a 7-day meal plan, and a grocery tour.

Love to Learn Package – $720
Fitness Assessment and a fitness program design, plus 2 personal training sessions, a nutrition consultation and a 7-day meal plan, plus 2 – 30 minute nutrition follow-ups.

Ultimate Lifestyle Package – $1120
Nutrition Consultation and a 7-day meal plan, plus 2 – 30 minute nutrition follow-ups, a fitness program design and 10 personal training sessions.

Gift Certificates are also available as a healthy gift idea for family and friends.
