Our fitness specialists will organize and design a Customized Ladies Bootcamp program that is unique, challenging, and fun! Each Bootcamp Program is tailored to accommodate your participants’ current fitness levels, goals, and fitness experience.
Gather a few of your family, friends, or co-workers for Customized Bootcamp sessions that are full of laughter, challenge, and adventure. Ladies Bootcamp is a wonderful way to be active with your friends while enjoying Calgary’s natural beauty and scenery. Say goodbye to your excuses and skipped workouts – with your Bootcamp instructor and your fellow participants providing support and a lighthearted atmosphere, you will be encouraged to stay active and motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals.
All Customized Bootcamp programs include an initial Group Consultation and Fitness Assessments (Pre and Post) for all participants.

Where does Ladies Bootcamp take place?
You decide on the location! If you are unsure of a suitable outdoor location, simply let us know the area of the city you would like your Bootcamp, and we will suggest one or two ideal locations in the area.
How long are Bootcamp sessions?
All Bootcamp sessions are 1 hour, although you can request shorter or longer sessions to fit your schedule and goals.
How many women can participate?
Minimum of 3, Maximum of 10.
Will I need to do a fitness assessment before commencing my Bootcamp program?
Yes. A Group Consultation and Fitness Assessments (Pre and Post) are included in your Bootcamp package. Participants can choose to skip the full fitness assessment, but at minimum, we will need to check the resting heart rate and resting blood pressure of anyone participatng.
What can I expect?
This depends on your current fitness levels and goals. You can usually expect to do a little bit of everything! Walking, light jogging, stability training, strength training, core conditioning, flexibility training, and teamwork challenges are all incorporated. From Calgary’s beautiful hills and river valleys, the twists and turns of the path & trail systems, to the community playgrounds and jungle gyms, we will design your Bootcamp to your specifications, while keeping it challenging, motivating, and rewarding throughout.
I want my Bootcamp to be just like a real Bootcamp! I want to crawl thru the mud, over & under obstacles, and have a no-nonsense instructor. Can this be arranged?
Of course! We will design your Bootcamp to fit whatever you have in mind. Get creative and have fun with it! We offer a wide variety of exercises and instructors to meet your specific requirements, both physically and mentally.
How much does a Custom Bootcamp cost?
Bootcamp Rates can be found on our Rates page. Depending on the total number of sessions and the number of sessions per week, a Custom Ladies Bootcamp will cost $18 – $25 per person per session.
